    What is silicon-based OLED?

    Silicon based OLED is a miniaturized OLED, but unlike traditional OLEDs that typically use glass or amorphous silicon as the substrate, silicon-based OLED uses single crystal silicon as the substrate, which integrates CMOS driving circuits, allowing the pixel size per unit area to be reduced to about 1/10 of traditional OLEDs, thereby achieving higher display accuracy.
